1. Introduction
Welcome to Virea. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.virea.se
and any related services (collectively referred to as the “Services”).
By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Order
Once you have completed your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. The confirmation includes details about the products, prices, billing information, and delivery address.
If you notice any errors in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old to shop with us. If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.
3. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Estimated delivery time within the EU is 5–7 business days, depending on the destination and shipping provider.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
If delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we will notify you as soon as possible.
3.1 Uncollected parcels
If you fail to collect your parcel within the carrier’s holding period, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge a return and handling fee equivalent to €20.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are stated in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT.
Shipping cost is €5 per order.
Free shipping applies to orders over €40.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to currency changes, supplier price adjustments, or obvious pricing errors.
Payment is made via the payment methods available at checkout.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
5.1 How to return an item
Contact our customer service and inform us of your intention to return the product.
Return the item in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount if the product has been used, damaged, or handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functionality.
5.2 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products with broken seals for hygiene or health protection reasons
Custom-made or personalized products
Products that deteriorate quickly (e.g. food or similar consumables)
6. Complaints & Defective Products
All products are inspected before shipping. If you receive a defective or faulty item, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Please contact us as soon as the defect is discovered and include:
A description of the issue
Clear photos or videos showing the defect
If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping and offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the law.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products
Delays or failures caused by force majeure events (such as natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or transportation disruptions beyond our control)
Minor inaccuracies or typographical errors on the website
8. Product Information
We strive to display product descriptions and images as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings or resolution differences.

For customers within the EU, disputes may also be submitted via the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
These Terms are governed by Swedish law, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country state otherwise.
